The IRIS Organization’s Mission Statement IRIS is an international, non-profit organization of professional interior redesigners and stagers dedicated to the empowerment of its members by:		IRIS Certified Instructor
1) Creating community through memberships 2) Offering ongoing education 3) Providing business development opportunities

IRIS seeks to establish and maintain high industry standards; promote public awareness; and expand fields of redesign and staging.

HISTORY

Formed in 1999, IRIS (Interior Redesign and Staging Industry Specialists) sets the industry standards with regard to the highest standards of certification training and specific criteria for membership.

IRIS trained members are expertly equipped to utilize their wide range of skills, design talent and professional training to provide the highest level of interior redesign, staging and decorating services for residential and commercial clients.

As the oldest non-profit and volunteer driven redesign and staging organization in the nation, IRIS continues to be a significant force in both industries. Our strength comes from member involvement on our Board of Directors or variety of Committees, in Local and Virtual Chapters, as well as participating in IRIS Get Redesigned Month in October.

Regional & Local Networking
• Networking and Collaborating - Since the majority of redesigners-stagers work out of
their homes, networking and brainstorming is critical to staying abreast of industry
  changes and helps members feel connected to their peers.
• Meeting other professionals in your geographic area can provide opportunities for
giving and receiving referrals.
• Member Directory and The IRIS Chapter Member Roster is a built-in support system
  and is the ideal way to find both professional and personal support.
• IRIS Chapters offer regularly scheduled meetings that include educational
and business topics.
• Leadership Opportunities - Get more involved at the Chapter level by becoming an
  officer or committee chair. It increases your knowledge of the redesign and staging
industry…which translates into higher credibility and visibility for you and your
